On march 9th, 2023 the 15th Logistics meeting „Login 15“ was held in Brčko, Bosnia i Herzegovina. Employees of our company were also at the meeting. On that occasion our employees had the opportunity to participate in several discussions as well as the expert meeting „Changes in logistics caused by the global crisis“.
During the meeting, the participants had the opportunity to learn about the latest achievements and changes in logistic transport system and logistic supply chains. These changes are manifested as:
- Disruptions in the supply chain which directly affected the availabillity of raw material and final products. The result is a change in logistic strategies where the goal is to achieve efficiency and faster availability to customers.
- Changes in the type and mode of transport – it had to be explored alternative routes of transpost such as air or sea transport in order to ensure that the products still reach the end costumers.
- Focus on security in business and how to use technology in the best possible way in logistic process.
The conclusion is , the global crisis resulted in adaption and changes in our logistics strategies. Altrough these changes where challenging, they provided new opportunities to improve our business and provide more officient services to our costumers.
