The representatives of our Company had the opportunity to participate in a two-day seminar on the topic “Payroll and personnel administration” that took place on May 16 and 17, 2024, organized by the HUP Regional Office Osijek.
Payroll accounting is a complex area in accounting, a large number of regulations, as well as their frequent changes, require regular training and education in this field.
On this occasion, our representatives had the opportunity to participate directly and through an interactive workshop to improve their knowledge and educate themselves about payroll, income calculation, managing personnel administration and understand all the processes that are intertwined in this complex process.
This seminar offered us education as a combination of all relevant regulations necessary for payroll, as well as many examples from practice and the latest trends in the field of accounting and finance.
